When Pushing Harder Is the Wrong Move
When progress feels slow or unclear, pushing harder usually feels like the right move.
You pay closer attention. You add another supplement. You increase your PDE5 dose. You spend more time with a traction device or a pump. You change more things because it feels like doing more should make the answer show up faster.
